PURPOSE:To correct press molds quickly and accurately, by correcting a panel, which is molded by the draw, after positioning this panel on the basis of a standardized reference position when the panel is set to press molds and is corrected. CONSTITUTION:In case that a press mold D is used to mold a panel W, a hole 7 is provided in a reference position of the panel W by a pierce punch 5. Next, after a coloring matter is applied to a lower face 19 of the panel W, and panel W is set to a lower mold 8. The press mold face of the lower mold to which the coloring matter stick is corrected by the polishing work. Press molds are corrected similarly up to a press mold used in the last process and are formed to shapes corresponding to the panel W. Thus, the working in each process is accurate, and the panel W having an accurate shape is obtained. |
