PURPOSE:To facilitate removal of a work and increase the rate of operation, by providing a barrel tank tumbling mechanism, work outflow preventing screen, etc. and simultaneously performing a discharge of the polished work and separation of the work from media. CONSTITUTION:A tilt handle 36, for tumbling a barrel tank 12, is provided to the top end outside of a side wall part 14 in the barrel tank 12, and a discharge guide part 38, equipped with a semi-circular cylindrical groove 37, is provided in the opposite side to the handle 36 in a state of extending upward from an upper opening of the side wall part 14. Said discharge guide part 38 is provided with a coarse net 44 and fine net 48 in a state of covering the groove 37, and media 4, passing through the coarse net 44, are prevented from dropping to the outside of the guide part 38. In this way, if the handle 36 is rotated, contents in the barrel tank 12 is moved downward along the guide part 38 to reach the coarse net 44, and a work 40 is separated. |
