PURPOSE:To clearly indicate the dewing in a video cassette, by providing a moisture display part at an optional place on the upper or lower wall of the cassette to display the degree of the moisture or the water content. CONSTITUTION:A moisture display part 5 is provided at an optional area of the upper wall 1, lower wall 2, side wall 3, cassette cover, etc. to display the degree and the presence of the moisture or the water content. It is desirable to set the part 5 at a place near a tape. For instance, a chemical moisture indicating agent that changes to the dark blue from the light blue when the humidity reaches a certain level or the tape touches the water content is buried into the wall 4 to clearly indicate the presence of the moisture or the water content. As a result, such a fault that is caused by loading mistakenly a wet tape into a deck can be avoided. |
