PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kneading granulation device capable of adjusting the hardness of obtainable granules with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: Provided is the kneading granulation device comprising: a kneading part 3 of kneading raw material while carrying the same; and a granulation part 5 of granulating the raw material kneaded by the kneading part 3, and the kneading part 3 includes: a hollow box-shaped first casing 11; and two kneading shaft materials 13, 13 provided rotatably at the inside of the first casing 11. The tip part of the first casing 11 is provided with a planar first screen 61 formed with many holes so as to clog the opening part on the tip side of the first casing 11. By the provision of a spacer 131 between the tip part of the first casing 11 and the first screen 61, the separated distance between the tip part at the screw part of the kneading shaft material 13 and the first screen 61 can be changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 |
