PURPOSE:To produce an optical video disk with high efficiency and a low cost, by setting the information signal surfaces of a pair of molded products in an opposite way to each other to form a gap, forming an Al film during revolution by contact decomposition of AlH3 and then press-sticking the Al film with pressure. CONSTITUTION:Molded products 10 and 11 having small rugged areas 10a and 10b are set opposite to each other into a container 14 with a gap 13 formed via a spacer 12. A catalyst solution like TiCl4, etc. is jetted out through a discharge port 17a after passing through a pipe 17 from a tank 20 to be stuck to the rugged areas 10a and 10b. A valve 24 is opened after closing a valve 23 to feed an inactive gas such as N2, etc. into the gap 13 through a pipe 18. Then AlH3 solution, etc. is dispersed from a tank 22 through a pipe 19 after drying. A valve 25 is closed and apply the heat to form a metallic film. The metallic film is pressed and adhered by a press 33 after unsetting the spacer 12. In such a way, an optical video disk is obtained with high efficiency and a low cost. |
