PURPOSE:To make it possible to feed out and guide the sheets of paper coming from a conveyor belt into any desired one of four directions by means of three forks and also make it possible to switch the three forks from one to another by two solenoids, thus achieving a simplification of the switching control. CONSTITUTION:A conveyor belt B3 which moves in the fourth direction C4 is provided so that it is adjacent to a conveyor belt B2 which is the lower one of the two conveyor belts B1 and B2 which transport sheets of paper in the direction indicated by arrow (a). On the extension side of belts B1 and B2 are provided the first and second forks F1 and F2 swingably mounted on shafts 7 and 8 while the third fork F3 is also swingably mounted on shaft 9 on the extension side of B2 and B3. These forks F1-F3 are caused to swing in association with one another so that the sheets of paper can be moved out into the first- fourth directions C1-C4. The above associated motions of the forks are effected by two solenoids via linking rods (not shown on the drawing). |
