PURPOSE:To make easier the stacking, compacting, storage, and delivery of long plates as well as the construction of a sheathing fence by connecting the long plates having an air permeability and a rigidity by means of flexible connecting ropes. CONSTITUTION:A belt-like long plate 1 made of a material, e.g., plastic net, etc., having a rigidity, a durability, and a water permeability, is thrust with a connecting rope 3 of a synthetic resin, etc., having a water resistance, a flexibility, and a tensile strength in order to form a rack in which the long plates 1 are almost parallelized with one another when being extended. The rack is set on a sloped ground by sideways arranging the long plates 1 and pulling vertically the connecting rope 3 for extension. An anchor pin 7 is thrust through a ring 6 provided at the upper end of the connecting rope 3 to fix the rack to the sloped ground. The connecting rope 3 is tensed at a height from the ground's surface, the long plates 1 are erected, and soil is sprayed on the long plates to an extent that the long plates 1 are buried. |
