<p>Electronic semiconductor components are transported in single file by a vibrating guide to the measurement position. In this apparatus, a rotary part is placed at the output of the vibrating guide. It works as a stop and has a slot which is used to remove the first electronic component. While the electronic component is stopped by the rotary part, the subsequent component, stopped by the first, is measured, before the slot passes in front of the first component and receives it. The first component is pushed into the slot when it passes. The component is then dropped into a channel which contains a diverter working as a function of the result of the verification.</p> |
