PURPOSE:To uniformalize the thickness of an insulation coating layer for a stator core of a motor and to form the insulating coating layer having excellent rigidity by containing the stator core in a mold and forming the insulation coating layer made of synthetic resin integrally with a part necessary for the core. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 4 made of a laminate is contained in a cavity formed of a stationary die plate 3 and a movable die plate 6. Synthetic resin or rubber is press-fitted into the gap, and an insulation coating layer 11 is integrally formed at the necessary part of the core 4. In this manner, the rigidly contacted insulation coating layer having excellent insulating property, exfoliation resistance and medicine resistance can be formed. |
