<p>The pacemaker comprises means for the reception of signals both in the auricle (101) and in the ventricle (201), and switching means (217, 218) which, upon the occurence of an action of the ventricle in a time interval starting with the end of the refractory period of the ventricle and terminating at the moment where an action in the auricle (extrasystole) is produced or stimulated, switch refractorily, for a predetermined time interval starting with the reception of the signal, the signal reception means for the auricle.</p> |
