PURPOSE:To enable to shorten a time required for a connecting work of coreless inner and outer coils of double cylindrical shape by forming annular slots at the end faces of the coils, and engaging and welding jumper wires with the respective slots to connect the inner and outer coils. CONSTITUTION:A strand sheet is wound spirally to form an inner oil cylinder 4', the same strand sheet is reversely spirally wound at the outside to form an outer coil cylinder 6', and a coreless coil unit 7' made of inner and outer double cylindrical coils is formed. An annular jumper wire positioning slots 12 is formed over the inner and outer coils 4' and 6' at the end face of the unit 7', the jumper wires 13 are engaged in the slots, are then welded, and are connected as required. |
