<p>1-Sulfo-2-oxoazetidine derivates represented by the general formula:$(6,)$¨ADwherein R represents an organic residue connected through a carbon atom, R1 represents an amino group optionally acylated or protected, and X represents hydrogen or methoxy¨BD, and a process for their preparation shown by the scheme:$(6,)$¨ADwherein symbols are the same as defined above¨BD. These compounds (I) show excellent antibacterial and β-lactamase-inhibiting effects, and are utilized as medicines for humans and domestic animals.</p> |
