PURPOSE:To obtain a developer where the fluidity is not lowered for a long-time use and other various characteristics are not lowered, by allowing the developer to contain polyphosphagen corpuscles by mixing. CONSTITUTION:0.1-5wt% polyphosphagen corpuscles which has >=1mu volume average corpuscle size and is indicated by general formula (R and R' are fluorine substitution alkyl radicals and (n) is 200-2,000 desirably) are added to a magnetic toner, and they are mixed by a vibration mixer to obtain a developer. For the purpose of obtaining polyphosphagen corpuscles having <=1mu corpuscle size, the organic solvent solution is sprayed in a high-temperature atmosphere. Polyphosphagen can be used for all of conventional known one-component, two- component, magnetic, and nonmagnetic developers. |
