<p>PURPOSE:To improve adhesive force of rubber to a reinforcement by arranging a specific phosphorus compound to an adhesive agent composed of a methylene acceptor such as resorcinol etc. and a methylene donor such as hexamethylene tetramine etc. CONSTITUTION:To a mixture of natural rubber, carbon black, softening agent, stearic acid, sulfur, zinc white are added 1-10 weight parts of resorcinol, 1-10 weight parts of hexamethylene tetramine and 0.05-5 weight parts of phosphorus compound (such as N, N', N''-tris-isopropyl thiol-N, N', N''-triphenyl triamide phosphate) shown by the formula (R1, R2 showing alkyl radical, alkenyl radical, cycloalkyl radical and X showing O, S) and they are kneaded and formed into a sheet. This sheet of rubber composition is bonded with a nylon cord and vulcanized with an adhesive force of 18.9kg.</p> |
