PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of suitably cooling heat generated by an X-ray tube device. SOLUTION: The medical X-ray diagnostic apparatus is provided with the X-ray tube device comprising an X-ray tube generating X-rays, insulation oil surrounding the circumference of the X-ray tube and transmitting the heat generated by the X-ray tube to the outside to perform an electric insulation, and an X-ray tube vessel storing them. This apparatus is provided with a cooling support part 9 having a passage for passing a refrigerant to the inside, or a support device for attaching and supporting the X-ray tube device to the X-ray diagnostic apparatus body, a heat radiating part 10 attached to the X-ray diagnostic apparatus body and a pipe 12 connecting the refrigerant passage, or the support device, to the heat radiating part.
