PURPOSE:To keep stable data communication without effect of noise, by frequency-dividing a transmission data into a plurality and processing the data with phase shift suitably, in a system selecting a sampling data for reception data. CONSTITUTION:Only the phase of one transmission signal TS2 is delayed by a half bit's share at a delay circuit 110. A transmission signal TS1 and the delayed transmission signal TS2 are respectively frequency-shift-modulated into an analog signal in different frequency band and mixed and superimposed on a commercial power of a distribution line TL. Thus, even if a sampling pulse SP1 samples a data A of a demodulation signal FSD1 in error, the sampling pulse SP2 samples the data A of the demodulation signal FSD2 at a correct part without external disturbance to reproduce correct data. |
