A calibratable D/A converter having a monolithically integrated R-2R network is specified which contains n series resistors (R) and n+1 parallel resistors (2R), the latter ones of which can be connected via one electronic switch each to one of the two outputs (A, B) of the network. For calibration purposes, a further series resistor (R1) and two further parallel resistors with the resistance value (2R) are connected to the junction (2) between the series resistor (R) and the parallel resistor (2R) of the least-significant bit (LSB). The latter parallel resistors can be optionally connected to one of the outputs (A, B) of the network by means of in each case one of two further electronic switches (Sa, Sb). The control lines (3, 4) of these two electronic switches (Sa, Sb) are connected to the MSB control line (7) via in each case one disconnectable connecting element. <IMAGE> |
