Dairy drink and process for producing the same

The invention relates to a dairy drink, the milk character of which remains virtually unchanged in contrast to flavoured milk drinks known hitherto. This has been achieved by selection of a flavouring which itself is essentially composed only of sugar inverted in milk or caramel.
