This installation consists of a hot-water heating circuit (16) and a service-water accumulator which can be acted upon by a heat pump (11) with a buffer accumulator (1) and/or a heating boiler (18). In order to obtain an installation with improved efficiency with simultaneous reduction of the investments and reduction of the installation and control expenditure and reduction of the switching frequency of the heat pump (11), the buffer accumulator (1) at the same time forms the service-water accumulator and has a counterflow heat exchanger (5) with two mutually separate circuits (6, 7), one circuit (6) of which is connected to the heat pump circuit (10) and the other circuit (7) of which is connected to the heating circuit (16). <IMAGE>
