A base has a rest for a number register, index or similar accessory which can be adjusted to suit the particular telephone hand set in use and to suit the user's convenience. The base can also be used with other appts., e.g. desk calculators. - Attached to the base by hinges are two telescopic supports. - Attached to the top of these supports, again by a hinge or pivot, is a plate which serves as a rest, e.g. for a ready reference index of telephone numbers. The hinges, pivots and adjustable supports give a wide range of positions for the plate. - The whole appliance can also be folded flat. |
