An aid for mitre sawing with motor-operated hand-held circular saw. The saw 2 is secured in a support frame 7. The support frame 7 can be fastened to a saw bench 4. The saw 2 can swing down toward the top side of the saw bench 4. The saw 2 is secured to the saw bench 4 so that it can turn in various angle positions on the saw bench 4.
