The moment of St-A interval elongation more than on 80 ms in comparison with the previous step means location of the cavo-tricuspid isthmus between stimulating and registering pair and presence cavo-tricuspid blockade in a clockwise direction. Then the specified stimulation is spent in the opposite direction, since proximal pair and registration electrogrammes from the next pair in a distal direction.
