PURPOSE:To enable rapid and wide range change of the slope of ramp function voltage by changing the current of a constant current circuit connected to plural integrating condenser successively at every programmed time, and adding terminal voltage of the condenser. CONSTITUTION:A constant current circuit is constituted of resistors 33-35 and variable voltage circuits 36-38 provided in series between each emitter and base of transistors TR30-32, and a power source 48 provided between DELTA base and grounding. The circuits 36-38 are controlled by a switchover control, circuit 29 to operate successively. Condensers C1-C3 for integration are connected between each TR collector and grounding. Constants for these are selected, for instance, as 10PF, 100PF, 1,000PF, and terminal voltage of C1-C3 is added by an adder circuit 39 and outputted to a terminal 40. When the circuit 36 is selected by the signal of the circuit 29, ramp voltage waveform in which the slope changes from solid lines to broken lines with the passage of time as shown in the figure (a) is obtained on both ends of C1. If circuit 37 is selected by the circuit 29 when the voltage waveform arrives at the broken lines and the circuit 38 is selected similarly, voltage waveform shown by (d) in the figure is obtained from a terminal 40. |
