<p>The holder may be used to store files (10) in a drawer (2) of an office desk (3), comprising two rigid or semi-rigid plates (6,7) extending from a base panel (5). One or both plates can pivot about its junction with the base and both plates are of the same size as a file, and one plate (6) is inclined to the horizontal. A number of built-in files are incorporated, their bases being fixed side by side to the base of the holder, and the length of the base of the holder equalling the combined length of the file bases. The slope of the support plate may be maintained by making it the hypotenuse of a right angled triangular box section (6,8,9) of which the base (8) extends the original base panel.</p> |
