PURPOSE:To decrease a recirculated gas amount and spread a misfireless mixture ratio range, by introducing air through an anti-after burn device and introducing said air to an exhaust gas recirculating passage in the downstream of an exhaust gas recirculating valve. CONSTITUTION:One end 13a of an anti-after burn passage 13 is opened to the atmosphere, and the other end 13b is connected to an exhaust gas recirculation passage 8 in the downstream side of an exhaust gas recirculating valve 7. Then a valve body 2c, in an anti-after burn valve 2 interposed in the anti-after burn passage 13, is connected to a diaphragm 2b, having a small hole 2a, and this valve body 2c opens and closes the anti-after burn passage 13. Further one side of the diaphragm 2b constitutes an enclosed chamber 2d, while the other side (valve body 2c side) constitutes a negative pressure operating chamber 2e to which intake negative pressure in an intake passage 4 at the downstream side of an intake air throttle valve 1 is introduced through an negative pressure passage 14. |
