FIELD: electrical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed to transmit torque from the power source to the loads, in particular, to electrically start up a gas turbine plant. The transmission consists of two flexible plate couplings with flanges and a connecting shaft arranged there between. The couplings incorporate safety elements, each consisting of an extension flange, a cup-type lock with annular ledge and adjusting rings.
