An electric pole assembly for a power transmission and distribution cable having a transformer receiving unit is provided to exchange a damaged part without replacing the whole part by using an assembly member. An electric pole assembly for a power transmission and distribution cable having a transformer receiving unit includes a transformer installation unit(100), a ring type supporting unit, and a fixing bolt(800). The transformer installation unit wraps a circumference of an electric pole(1000) with a ring shape, and has a plurality of transformer receiving parts. The transformer installation unit has a part to which a vertical power distribution cable(2000) is penetrated. The ring type supporting unit supports the transformer installation unit in a lower part of the transformer installation unit. The ring type supporting unit has the part to which the vertical power distribution cable is penetrated. The fixing bolt couples the transformer installation unit and the ring type supporting unit with the electric pole.
