PURPOSE:To vertically pile up the horizontally fed square members to have required number of the members as a line for each stage and several stages high by way of a piling up equipment. CONSTITUTION:The members 1 are transfered one by one, by way of the conveyers 6, 5, and 4. The member 1 is transferred riding over the rail 2, making the upper surface of the rail as the sliding surface because the guide rail 2 cannot be push opened by the lock device, and the conveyer 4 is stopped by the switch when the transport of the desired quantity of members for one stage is completed, and the lifter 11 comes down. Immediately prior to the completion of the transportation of the quantity of one step of the members, the member 1 touches with the link plate 36, releases the lock mechanism, and enable the rail 2 to rock, or allow to be push opened. Now, when the end of the rail touched with the left and right sides of the member 1, the members 1 cut the engagement with the guide rail 2, and are loaded on the channel 18. Then, the table lifter 11 goes up, and load the next member on the channel 18 by similar operation. |
