摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture a member for a molten metallic bath with superior corrosion resistance by forming a ceramic coat composed of specified amounts of SiO2, MgO and ZrO2. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic coat having 0.2-2.5mm. thickness is formed on the surface of a member for a molten metallic bath by spraying ceramics composed of 15-45wt% SiO2, 5-40% MgO and the balance ZrO2. By forming 1 or >=2 intermediate layers such as cermet layers between the ceramic coat and the substrate, the effect is enhanced furthermore.
