A method of manufacturing a finishing material coat for protecting surface of concrete using seven precious stone is provided to have an excellent antibiosis and to suppress reeding of all kinds of bacteria and molds using seven precious stone powder, illite powder and tourmaline powder. A method of manufacturing a finishing material coat for protecting surface of concrete using seven precious stone comprises steps of: forming a coat binder by injecting the seven treasure powder(400mum-0.3mum) 45 weight%, illite powder(280mum-0.3mum) 35 weight%, tourmaline powder(electromagnet) (280mum-0.3mum) 5 weight%, PVA fiber 5 weight%, silica 5 weight%, powdered glue 5 weight% in a first mixer and mixing them for 15 - 18 minute; and forming a coat for finishing the concrete by mixing water 20% and the coat binder 80% and again mixing them in a second mixer for 12 minutes.
