PURPOSE:Raw fish or meat is contained together with vegetable seasoned fillers in an insulating packing container to give a packed food that can be aged or heated by applying electricity, when needed. CONSTITUTION:Raw fish or meat such as sardine, saury, mackerel, cuttlefish, shrimp, beef or pork and vegetable seasoned filler, which is prepared by kenading flour of rice, wheat, soybean or corn with a dilute salt solution into a paste together with appropriate spices and by forming the product into a shape, are contained in a packing vessel 1 that has openings in a symmetric position and is plugged the openings with freely demountable conductive bodies containing aqueous salt solution 5, 5'. When needed, a couple of electrodes 8 is set to the conductive bodies and electric current is applied to effect sterilization and aging rapidly with Joule heat. |
