PURPOSE:To soften laver dregs remaining on drainboards for laver and to wash the drainboards completely, by wetting the drainboard after release of laver with water for a long time without prolonging the cycle time of intermittent transportation of drainboard holders. CONSTITUTION:The holders 3 after release of laver are dropped in the dent parts 13 and 15 for the front and rear, stored in them, the drainboards 2 for laver of the holders 3 are immersed in water in the water tank 29 by the fall of the drainboard holders 3 and become wet. The frame bars 3a on the front side of the holders 3 are then pushed up from the dent part 13 by the sending pieces 22 of the storing chain 21, positioned in the moving locus of the stopping parts 4 of the transporting chain 1, the drainboard holders 3 are sent to a washing station by the intermittent rotation of the transporting chain 1, and sprinkled by a sprinkler. |
