An air-conditioning device for vehicle is provided to cut off the operation noise of door by forming baffles on the upper and lower sides of the mode control door and the temperature control door and baffle receiving grooves on the case. An air-conditioning device for vehicle includes a case(10), a temperature control door, and a mode control door(50). The door comprises a plate(52), a rotation shaft(54) equipped on the leading end of the plate, a first baffle(56) extended to both sides of the plate apart from the rotation shaft, and a second baffle(58) perpendicularly extended on the leading end of the plate. The case includes a shaft housing(13) having first baffle receiving grooves(13a,13b) which are formed on the shaft housing to receive the first baffle, and second baffle receiving grooves(17a,17b) formed in the part contacting with the second baffle of the rotating plate. When the second baffle is received in the second baffle receiving groove, a gap(G) is formed between the second baffle and the second baffle receiving groove.
