PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled package quickly and easily without shaping, by pressing a thick circular metallic palte into a cap shape, standing the brisk at the surrounding upward with a slope, cutting off the circumference and depressing the stood brisks. CONSTITUTION:After forming a cap shaped main body 1 from a thick circular raw material 1', a brisk 2 is folded to the circumference by 60 deg.[Fig. (d)], and the coarse part of the circumference of the brisk 2 is cut off[Fig. (e)]. Next, round shape[Fig. (f)] is made, and the part is folded toward the arrow 3 with a metal mold A and a pressing cylinder B to form the work to be processes with small radius[Fig.(g)]. Since a recess A'' is formed to the metallic mold A, the folding processing of the brisk 2 can be made surely. Thus, the inner circumference of the main body 1 and the lower surface of the brisk 2 are not required for shaping to form the radius as in a conventional method. The processing can be made only with pressing, allowing to make easy manufacture and low cost. |
