PURPOSE:To enable a network from a using system and a spare system to leading-in by mounting a maintenance and operation equipment interface circuit in the mounting position of subscriber's circuit group package. CONSTITUTION:Interface circuits 81, 82 that connect maintenance and operation equipment 1 to an exchange is mounted in the mounting position of subscriber's circuits 31, 32. The interface circuits 81, 82 lead in information transmission lines 510, 511 from subscriber's circuit control devices 50, 51 and digital transmission lines 810, 811, 820, 821 from line concentration stages 40, 41 and connect to the maintenance and operation equipment 1. In control devices 50, 51 and line concentration stages 40, 41, the transfer line and transmission line to subscriber's circuit 31, 32 and the transfer line and transmission line to interface circuits 81, 82 are multiple connected, and outgoing and incoming operation is directly controlled by direct access to a serial information transfer line to which the maintenance and operation equipment is led in. |
