PURPOSE:To ensure that only a desired amount of paper can be taken out and easily cut off by one hand, by a method wherein a constant resistance is exerted to a paper fed to a cutter part by providing a protuderant surface at a supporting part which, together with a pressing rod, clamps the paper. CONSTITUTION:While the size of a roll paper 5 is gradually reduced as it is consumed, a pressing rod 3 constantly exerts a pressure on a supporting part 4 by its weight, and the paper 52 makes surface contact with the supporting part 4 at a constant area. Therefore, when cutting off the paper 51, a constant resistance is maintained. Accordingly, a predetermined amount of paper can be cut off by one hand, which is very convenient. |
