PURPOSE:To enhance cooling efficiency and reduce noise, by installing a partitioner rotatable around a rotational shaft near a fan provided on the rotational shaft, and providing an exhaust tunnel to form a vortex chamber in conjuction with the partitioner. CONSTITUTION:When a rotor 2 rotates, a partitiioner 11 rotates to a stopper 13 position due to viscosity of a viscous fluid bearing 12. A vortex-shaped exhaust path is formed around a centrifugal radial fan 10 and within an exhaust tunnel 14. When the rotor 2 rotates inversely, the partitioner 11 rotates to the stopper 13 position in the same direction as the rotor 2 does due to viscosity of the viscous fluid bearing 12. A vortex-shaped exhaust tunnel is formed on the inverse side. |
