PURPOSE:To improve working property while simplifying facilities by controlling water supply and hot-water supply through the operation at the same position or of the same cock of a piping mechanism in the water heater with an adjustable ball tap. CONSTITUTION:The solar heat water heater 1 consists of a hot water tank 5 with the ball tap 4, height thereof can be adjusted so as to be able to arbitrarily adjust the quantity of water, and a heat collecting section 6, and water is supplied through a water supply pipe 3 from a supply source 1 for city water, etc. A valve cock 2 is mounted at the connecting section of the water supply pipe 3 and a hot-water supply pipe 8 at that time. The valve cock 2 is formed by tightly inserting a rotary cock body 12 into an outer box 11, and cock holes 14, 14' for water supply and hot-water supply are formed into the rotary cock body 12. A lower section is communicated with the water supply source 1 and an upper section with the water supply pipe 3 in the cock hole 14 and a lower section with a cock 15 and an upper section with the hot-water supply pipe 8 in the cock hole 14' respectively. Accordingly, water supply and hot-water supply can be controlled by turning the cock body 12 by means of a handle 13. |
