PURPOSE:To discover the generation of cracks in an early time by drawing out the 1N oscillation vector signal having the same frequency as that of a revolving shaft and the 2N oscillation vector signal having the frequency twice higher than that and comparing these respectively with reference oscillation vectors. CONSTITUTION:The oscillations detected with a sensor 3 are converted to an electric signal with a converter 4, and from this signal, the 1N oscillation vector signal having the same frequency as the specific number of revolutions of a revolving shaft 1 and the 2N oscillation vector signal having the frequency twice higher than the number of revolutions of 1/2 in the number of revolutions 1/2 the specific number of revolutions are drawn out by an analyzer 7. These are compared respectively with the reference 1N oscillation vector and reference 2N oscillation vector stored beforehand in a storage device 9 by an arithmetic circuit 15, and the difference in the absolute values and the difference in arguments are operated. The difference in said absolute values and the difference in the arguments are compared respectively with the reference values by a decision circuit 16, and the presence or absence of the generation of abnormality in the revolving shaft is decided. |
