PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing process and to enhance the accuracy of size, by charging a molten thermoplastic resin to a hold case in advance, and fixing a core on it for fixiation. CONSTITUTION:A molten thermoplastic resin 10 is charged in a groove 1a of a hold case 1 in advance, and a core 2 and a shield plate 3 are assembled to the groove 1a of the hold case 1 while the resin 10 is molten. Further, the resin 10 is hardened in several minutes and the core 2 and the shield plate 3 are fixed to the hold case 1. A bonding part 2a of the core 2 is polished, the two cores 2, 2 are mutually bonded in one body to manufacture a magnetic head. Thus, a process of tentative fastening which has been required for the conventional system can be eliminated and only one positioning is required, allowing to increase the size accuracy and to simplify the manufacturing process. |
