摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing braised spicy chicken by adding medicinal herbs and seafood to chicken and the braised spicy chicken manufactured by the same method. The braised spicy chicken according to the present invention has the following effects: inhibition of obesity and cholesterol accumulation in the body and less greasy by removing fats and cholesterol from chicken; shorter cooking time and tender and chewy texture of the chicken by boiling the chicken at atmospheric pressure after boiling at high pressures; enhancement of the taste, the flavor, and the color of the braised spicy chicken as medicinal herb ingredients permeate the chicken; reduction of repulsion due to addition of the medicinal herbs to the chicken by toning down the strong tastes and scents of the medicinal herbs and harmonizing with each other; and intake of the entire active ingredients of the medicinal herbs by eating soup in which the medicinal herb ingredients are dissolved.
