A double braking apparatus of a stroller is disclosed. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is the double braking apparatus of a stroller, which comprises: a first brake unit increasing a rotational frictional force of a moving wheel of a stroller; a second brake unit fixating the moving wheel to a frame of the stroller so as to block rotation of the moving wheel; and an operation unit installed in the handle of the stroller to selectively operate the first brake unit and the second brake unit in accordance with magnitude of force wherein a user pressurizes the handle.
