PURPOSE:To make efficient use of energy by regulating the opening degree of a regulation valve at the entrance of a turbine via a mechanical speed-governer to govern the rotational speed of a turbine. CONSTITUTION:A pressure controller 17 is constructed of adjusters 18 and 18', a pressure setter 19, comparators 20 and 20', amplifiers 21 and 21', and relays 22 and 22'. The signal outputted from the pressure controller 17 is sent to an operation mode switching circuit 23. The operation mode switching circuit 23 is composed of AND circuits 24 and 24' to output a signal when a clutch engagement command 25 and a signal of the pressure controller 17 are inputted. The signal from the operation mode switching circuit 23 is sent to a governer motor 26. This construction permits to make efficient use of energy. |
