PURPOSE:To prevent reflected light of a photodetection part from reaching a photosensitive surface during exposure, by shielding the photodetection part through the elevation of a mirror by a TTL focusing detector for a single-lens reflex camera. CONSTITUTION:In a single-lens reflex camera, a part of light passed through a lens 4 reaches a photodetecting element 3 which detects a focusing state through the transmission part of a main mirror for a viewfinder, and a submirror 2. Since the mirrors hop up during photography, an oblique light beam is incident to the photodetecting element and its reflected light beam reaches a photosensitive surface 15, causing deterioration in picture quality. For this purpose, a shielding member 6 is allowed to shield a photodetection surface by springs 8 and 13, and one end of the spring 13 is brought into contact with the mirror; when the mirror is lowered, the photodetection part is opened and as the mirror is elevated, the photodetection part is shielded, solving said problem. |
