<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a plastic substrate with high aging resistance and stability by forming an oriented film contg. essentially a composite of a metal belonging to the IIIb, IVa or IVb group in the periodic table. CONSTITUTION:An electrically conductive transparent film is formed on a plastic film of polyethylene terephthalate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyether sulfone, polycarbonate or the like, and on the transparent film an oriented film contg. essentially a composite of a metal belonging to the IIIb, IVa or IVb group in the periodic table such as Al, Zr, Ti or Ge is formed. As the composite a compound obtd. by bonding said metal to hydrocarbon, oxygen, halogen or the like is used, and the compound is an alkoxy compound, a halogen compound, a chelate compound or an acylate compound of said metal such as tetra-n-butoxy zirconium or zirconium tetrachloride.</p> |
