PURPOSE:To utilize a memory efficiently, by changing an index area to a master index and providing plural new entry index areas in an auxiliary area when the space for a pointer area runs out. CONSTITUTION:If the space for a pointer area runs out in a corresponding entry index EI8 when data is newly registered, the entry index EI8 is changed to a master index MI8, and plural entry indexes EI8-1 and EI8-2 are generated in an auxiliary area 12 and are linked from the master index MI8, and thus, required entry indexes EI are added as required. Consequently, it is unnecessary to provide an unnecessary space. |
