PURPOSE:To decrease the number of component parts, to reduce the weight at the vibrating part and to enhance the speaker performance, by hardening a voice coil with use of an ultraviolet curing adhesive and by eliminating the bobbin. CONSTITUTION:A conductor 2 is wound round a tool (not shown in the diagram) in a necessary number of turns while applying an ultraviolet curing adhesive 7 to the conductor 2. At the same time, the ultraviolet rays are irradiated to this winding to harden the adhesive 7. The winding is removed from the tool after the hardening of the adhesive 7. Thus a hollow cylindrical bobbinless voice coil 6 is obtained. This coil 6 is connected to a junction part 8 of a diaphragm 5. With use of such adhesive 7, the coil 6 can be hardened in a short time. Furthermore the bobbin is excluded to decrease the number of component parts as well as to reduce the weight at the vibrating part. At the same time, the speaker performance can be enhanced. |
