PURPOSE:To eliminate the carrying of the devices which are exclusively used for a remote operation, by converting the received intermittent sound into a numerical value to compare it with the numerical group which is optionally decided by the owner and reproducing the message stored on a tape when the coincidence is obtained in the comparison. CONSTITUTION:An automatic answering telephone set answers automatically the telephone incoming, records the voice of the transmitter and reproduces the message stored at that moment by the owner by a remote operation. A storage circuit 29 is provided to such automatic answering telephone set to store the numerical value the owner decided optionally to start the reproduction of the message. The intermittent sound of the incoming signal given from an incoming detecting circuit of the telephone set is converted into a pulse 16. This pulse 16 is counted by counters 17, 18 and 28, an FF21, a comparator 22, a delay circuit 27, etc. to be converted into the numerical group. This numerical group is compared with the numerical group that is stored previously in the circuit 29 through a comparator 32. Then a reproduction request signal 12 is supplied to the telephone set from an AND circuit 26 when the coincidence of comparison is obtained. Thus the message stored on the tape is reproduced. |
