PURPOSE:To improve strength of a welded metal to a shaft part and wear resistance and mechanical strength of the shaft part by forming a groove on the surface of the shaft part at the time of cold forging to form a roller component and making spray welding of a different material on the surface of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:This method possessing a die 10 which regulates an external diameter of a roller component and a punch 11 which regulates an internal diameter of the roller component forges a roller component 30 in the cold condition through a press deformation of a blank 20 in a space between the die 10 and the punch 11 by pressing the punch 11 in an arrow direction forcibly. Then, a groove 40A is formed on the surface of a shaft part 40 by forming protruded lines 10A on the surface 10' which regulates the shaft part 40 especially at the die. And then, a spray welding layer 50 is formed by making spray welding of a different material on the surface of the shaft part 40. |
