PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dwelling information disclosure system, even when each person in charge does not have detailed information, capable of appropriately providing the detailed information related to parts of a dwelling house in a preview of the dwelling by prospective tenants.SOLUTION: The dwelling information disclosure system includes: a server 10 that stores a plurality of moving images 81-87 corresponding to respective parts of a dwelling house and, when receiving identification information associated with the moving images 81-87 via a communication network 20, can transmit the moving images 81-87 according to the identification information via the communication network to a portable terminal 30; and performance description identification marks 42 to which the identification information associated with the moving images 81-87 is provided and that are disposed at the respective parts of the dwelling house. The dwelling information disclosure system transmits to the server 10, the identification information acquired by reading the performance description identification marks 42 disposed at the respective parts of the dwelling house by a reading unit of the portable terminal 30, and displays the moving images 81-87 corresponding to the respective parts of the dwelling house, on a display unit of the portable terminal 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
